Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities: |
- Answering shipment and service questions.
- Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve problem or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments that was given by the Immediate Superior.

Requirements: |
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, any field.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Willing to learn, hardworking and committed.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
